As from 1995 when we bought a wonderful piece of land in southern Italy, Calabria, we work with love and many studies and efforts to produce an excellent extra-virgin Olive Oil. We take care of 3300 olive trees of the variety Carolea. Since 2015 we have our own modern and environement saving cold pressing oil mill- 2 phases without using much water, all made in stainless steel for a perfect cleaning. We don't produce any garbage; we burn the remaining olive core for producing hot water for us and our guests in the agriturism.
Our Olio EVO Frisina is fruity with green olive aroma, hints of tomato, grass, thistle and almond. Herbaceous notes match the freshness of the sensations. All with good harmony of spicy and bitter notes. We have got several awards for it, what makes us happy and if possible even more determinated to give our best for to make a wonderful, haelthy Olive Oil.
